Summer Whites: Trelise Cooper Glamour

A beautiful and elegant display of fashion to share with you today from the Trelise Cooper Spring/Summer 2015-16 Collection.

I was fortunate enough to attend the Trelise Cooper “Theatre of Fashion” Event held at the Q Theatre, on Queen Street in Auckland, New Zealand.

The show was sheer perfection.
A dreamy, spellbinding fashion fantasy is simply the best way to describe it.

Dame Trelise Cooper

Trelise Cooper knows not only how to create stunning pieces that make every woman feel special, her talents run much deeper.
She knows how to put on a show.
Not just any show, but a magical experience for all in attendance.

Tomuri and Company Floral Designs

No detail was left out, from the music, the lighting, and the spectacular floating, floral sculptures of all white, fresh flowers by Tomuri and Company Floral Designs, New Zealand.
The show consisted of three of her fashion lines. The “Trelise Cooper“, “Cooper“, and “COOP” collections.
These beautiful white and off-white designs are from the “Trelise Cooper” collection.
Delicate cut-outs, intricate details and gorgeous appliqué are only some of the exquisite components of this dreamy white collection.
The dresses were made from soft and billowing fabrics, light and airy, just what you think of when think of that “perfect summer white dress”.
I really liked the unique layering and interesting lines of each garment.
I also liked, perhaps most, was how each model that cascaded past me was like a wonderful little surprise.
While the collection was cohesive and melded from one piece to the next, it wasn’t boring.
Cooper knows how to “create”.
Her designs are cool and romantic at the same time.
They’re unique, fashion forward and current, yet not unwearable.
I don’t think there’s a piece in this collection I wouldn’t buy and wear.
I got to wear many of Trelise Cooper’s designs, and maybe the best part of all is that everything I wore from her collection was COMFORTABLE.
This is a factor to me that reigns supreme.
The models’ hair was full, lush and fabulous.
The look for all models was created by Bettjemans, lead by hairstylist Sacha.
“WOW Factor” make up was created by a team MAC Cosmetics artists.
The eyelashes were major, giant falsies on both top and bottom, peachy lips and coral eyeshadows.

I’ll be sharing more photos from this “Theatre of Fashion” event by Trelise Cooper in the future, you’re sure to love.
I so enjoyed the show, that I didn’t miss one over the course of the weekend.
To me, it all went by too fast.
It was a romantic display of beautiful models, gorgeous garments, a stunning setting — it simply could not have been better.
Thank you Trelise for such a Magical Fashion Event.
