Such a Pretty Home!

ANGELA ELLIOTT HOME TOUR

via:lauratrevey.com

Meet Angela Elliott, Richmond based interior designer and owner of Angela Elliott Interiors. Spending time with Angela and touring her exquisite home was a real treat for me. She is as warm and inviting as her chic Southern comfort style. Personally she is constantly changing up accessories, moving furniture and trying new approaches to décor to keep it fresh and interesting. She loves a mix of antiques with contemporary accents, and she’s a master at mixing formal and casual styles, as you will notice in her home. She also loves art and supports many Richmond based artists not only in her own home but in the homes of her clients.

Angela strives for a curated, customized, eclectic approach to her home and the homes of her clients. Each and every room tells a beautiful story with treasured family heirlooms mixed with the latest modern finds of today.

The Dining Room
I’m inspired by the soothing and peaceful colors in the dining room. The natural light reflects off the stunning chandelier and mirror. A few pieces that caught my attention in this room are the Georgian apern on side table, the succulent garden centerpiece and the abstract painting by Kelsey Copeland.

The Living Room

Angela’s coffee table styling alone is perfection. From the glass & acrylic round table, piedmont vase and beautiful Sunny Goode artwork {above fireplace}, to the lucite drapery rods and 18thcentury Louis XVI chairs with Zoffany velvet, this living room is to die for.

The Gallery
In the gallery, Angela paired her favorite antique French mirror, and limited edition Schumacher chair with an eye-catching modern pendant.

The Family Room
The family room is a place to rest and relax after a long day. Cozy at it’s best. My eye is immediately drawn to the decorative objects on the coffee table. Coffee table styling is a true art, and Angela has the magic touch. And, can we talk about those fun show-stopping poufs?

The Kitchen
The vegetable centerpiece on the kitchen table is fabulous. Colorful, vibrant and fun.

The Library / Den
I love the bold colors in this comfortable and casual den. The awesome abstract by Kelsey Copeland adds the finishing touch to the room.

Hallway
Notice Angela’s attention to detail in her hallway: How much do you love the Susan Jamison wallpaper {from Bridget Beari Designs} I’m obsessed.

Large Painting by Sue Jachimiec and smaller in front by Chris Shands.
Antique French commode with repoousse plaque and marquetry inlay.

Guest Bedroom
The sweetest guest bedroom is filled with French antiques and a lovely Impressionist painting by Anita Noe.
