at d_raw aptly describes the results of this 16 Montagu Square renovation as something out of an old movie, and with its classic detailing, rich monochomatic color scheme and crystal drenched chandeliers, there’s a definite feel of old world glamour.
BUT BEYOND…
the meticulously restored plaster detailing, marble fireplaces, and chevron floors, the home is furnished in a decidedly clean, contemporary way. With its mix of modern classics (read Hans J. Wegner’s 1956 Elbow Chair) and contemporary go-tos (B&B Italia here we come!) – the overall effect is movie star ready in all the right ways.
